Nancy L. Stephens, age 80 of Ivel, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, Kentucky. She was born June 7, 1943 in Ivel, Kentucky to the late Albert “AB” Rice & Florence “Toad” Riddle Rice. She was the wife of the late Thomas Everette Stephens. She is survived by a Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her Brothers: Wesley Rice, William Rice, Howard Bufford Rice & Marvin Randall Rice; Sisters: Anna Katherine Craft Allen & Matilda Palmer. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will begin Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Sunday, July 19, 2023

Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 20, 2023 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Nathan Lafferty officiating

Burial will follow at Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Kentucky
