
A Pike County man was arrested Thursday for drug trafficking after he was pulled over for allegedly committing a traffic violation on his bicycle.
45 year old Santiago Medosa Hortis of Pikeville arrived at a home on Thursday that was under police surveillance for alleged drug activity. Medosa entered the home briefly then left the home on his bicycle. After riding off on his bike, Medosa allegedly crossed two lanes of traffic. This led Police to pull him over.
During the stop, Medusa consented to a search. Police conducted the search and discovered meth and over $20,000 in cash.
Medosa was arrested and charged with drug trafficking.
