Minnie Conley, age 99, of Hippo, KY, widow of Charles Edward Conley, passed away Friday, July 21, 2023 at her residence. She was born March 12, 1924, in Hueysville, KY, a daughter of the late Otis & Katie Bailey Prater. She was a homemaker and a member of the Philadelphia Old Regular Baptist Church.

She is survived by three daughters: Barbara Ann (Jimmy) Lawson, Gloria Jean (Thomas) Graham, Robertsville, MO, Betty Jo (David) Skidmore, Jeffersonville, KY, three brothers: John Riley Prater, Barbourville, KY, Otis Prater Jr., Berea, KY, Haskell Prater, Hippo, KY, one sister: Augusta Prater, Mt. Sterling, KY, fifteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, & three great great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband & parents she is preceded in death by one son: Henry Clifton Conley, two daughters: Mable Lois Morris & Charlene Adkins, three brothers: Curtis, Dillard, & Raymond Alto Prater, & two sisters: Gloria Jean Prater & Norma Boone

Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, KY. Burial will follow in the Prater Family Cemetery, Hueysville, KY, visitation will be Monday after 6:00 pm at Hall Funeral Home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home.
