Delbert Wayne Lee Hubbard, age 49 of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, passed away Monday, March 4, 2024 at his residence. He was born May 17, 1974 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Delbert Wayne Hubbard of Indianapolis & Juanita Hicks (Stephen) Campbell of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was the companion of Elizabeth Hughes. He was an Auto Mechanic. Along with his parents and companion he is survived by his Daughters: Savannah Lee Hubbard of Paintsville, Kentucky, Laura Grace (Jacob) Smallwood of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, Alizabeth (Christian) Rogers of Bowling Green, Kentucky & Lauren Nicole Hughes of Martin, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Levi Smallwood, Emitt Rogers & Aaron Rogers; Sister: Melisa (Timothy) Hastings of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Nieces & Nephew: Mariah Hackworth, Abbygail Hastings & Austin Hastings; Great Niece & Nephew: Hannah Justice & Kolton Justice; A Host of Family & Friends. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will begin Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Friday, March 8, 2024

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Jeffery Helton officiating
