Reggie Owen Shepherd, age 68 of Gunlock, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. He was born April 25, 1955 in Gunlock, Kentucky to the late Archer & Mary Marsillett Shepherd. He was the husband of Linda Lou Shepherd. Along with his wife he is survived by his Daughters: Tracy Ann Shepherd (Curt Ramsey) of Port Charolette, Florida, Stacy Lynn Shepherd of Gunlock, Kentucky & Melissa (Paul) Hurd of Gunlock, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Reggie, Deanna, Lonnie, Sarah, Justin, Kayla, Mary & Melinda; 8 Great Grandchildren & one on the way; Sisters: Shirley Shepherd Minix of Gunlock, Kentucky, Donna Johnson of Gunlock, Kentucky & Sally Bailey of Ohio; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his Sons: Jessie Lee Shepherd & Richie Owen Shepherd; Brothers & Sisters: Wade Shepherd, William Shepherd, Abe Shepherd, Richard Joe Shepherd, Archer Jr. Shepherd, John Henry Shepherd, Daisy Wireman, Birdie Stidman, Betty Hicks, Margie Tackett, Polly Williamson & Adna Hale.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Thursday, March 7, 2024

Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 8, 2024 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Shepherd Family Cemetery, Gunlock, Kentucky
