Truman Hicks, age 75 of Leburn, Kentucky. Passed away peacefully on Thursday March 7, 2024, at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky. He was born on May 6, 1948, in Knott County, Kentucky to the late Amos and Eva Thomas Hicks. He was the husband of Emily Johnson Hicks.

Truman is survived by his Wife- Emily Johnson Hicks; Brothers- Donnie (Judy) Hicks, Delbert Hicks, Banner (Debbie) Hicks; Sisters- Mona Faye (Billy) Martin, Gillespie (Ishmael) Williams, Anna (John) Sparkman, Dian (James Randy) Slone; A Host of Loving Friends & Family

 

Truman is preceded in passing by his Parents- Amos and Eva Thomas Hicks; Brothers- Delmer Hicks and an Infant Brother.

The family will receive friends from 11AM-1PM Sunday, March 10, 2024, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky prior to the funeral service.

Funeral services will be 1PM, Sunday, March 10, 2024, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral in Hindman, Kentucky with Randall Short Officiating. Burial to follow at the Hicks Family Cemetery in Leburn, Kentucky. Truman will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
