FLOYD COUNTY WOMAN ARRESTED AND CHARGED-4TH OFFENSE DUI

prison-2

A Floyd County woman was cited for wanton endangerment, DUI and other offenses after, police said, she drove her car into a ditch in Johnson County, crashed into another vehicle parked at a residence and then struck a garage post. Deputy David Duncan responded to the scene and found Tiffany Renea Belcher, 43, of Halbert Lane, McDowell, sitting in the driver’s side of a 2006 Mercury Milan, the arrest citation said. Duncan performed several tests on Belcher, who provided only an instructional permit and was the only individual in the vehicle, the citation said. Belcher was transported to Paintsville ARH, where Duncan consented to a blood test. Belcher was cited on charges of fourth-offense or higher DUI, first-degree wanton endangerment and traffic charges. She was given a March 20 court date.
