Randal Stambaugh, age 60, of Flat Gap, KY, died Sunday March 10, 2024. He was born February 29, 1964, to the late Sam Stambaugh and Margaret Blair Burgess. Randal was a military contractor with the United States Government. On January 31, 2000 in Red Bush, KY, he married Debra Williams Stambaugh who survives. Also surviving is one son; Tanner (Stephanie) Stambaugh of Lexington, KY, two daughters; Samantha (Zachary) Jenkins of Flat Gap, KY & Ashley (Brandon) Oaks of Paintsville, KY & eight grandchildren; Carter Jenkins , Sophia Jenkins, Maci Jenkins, Bradon Stambaugh, Grayson Stambaugh, Matt Oaks, Abby Oaks, and Axel Oaks. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, March 12, 2024 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Preston Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday March 13, 2024 in the Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Tim Salyer officiating. Burial will follow in the Stambaugh Family Cemetery at Flat Gap, KY.
