A man is charged with rape on EKU’s campus. A criminal complaint says police are charging Adrean Watkins with first-degree rape. Police say the assault happened back in January in the parking lot of the business and technology center. The victim told police she met Watkins on Snapchat. She told them he picked her up and took her to the parking lot. According to the complaint, the victim became unconscious and that’s when she says he raped her.
