Two men are behind bars following a police pursuit that concluded with a driver going over an embankment and the car crashing into a portion of a home. The incident began around 1:25 p.m. on March 19 at Rural King, according to the Boyd County Sheriff’s Department.
A deputy was called to Rural King in reference to a theft. Once on scene, the deputy saw the accused driving away from the business. Deputies attempted to pull the driver over, but instead they reported the driver took off into Cedar Knoll Estates. The sheriff’s office says once the driver came to a dead-end street, the car ran off the roadway, down an embankment and into the rear of a home.
