It’s hard to imagine in this day and time, but about 317,000 working age people in Kentucky don’t have a high school diploma or GED. Something so many of us take for granted seems to some, out of reach…but it’s not and it’s never too late. Kentucky Adult Education provides free adult education services in all 120 counties to help Kentuckians obtain a GED. Through Kentucky Adult Education, Kentuckians can gain reading, math, and communications skills that place them on a path to higher education and training and earn certifications to move ahead in their careers or establish careers with potential.
