Crystal Branham Hall disappeared from her apartment in Pikeville 15 years ago. The mother of three left behind her purse, jacket and a family searching for answers. After years of false claims and unsubstantiated sightings, the leads went cold. She said her family used to go out into the mountains and nearby areas to chase leads themselves, but even those stopped coming in.
