A Kentucky woman is accused of hitting her boyfriend with a vehicle. According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy was sent early Thursday morning to a home on West Kentucky Highway 92 in reference to an altercation. The sheriff’s office says Amanda J. Parmley’s boyfriend showed the deputy a video of Parmley putting her vehicle in reverse and backing up to “knowingly” hit him. Parmley was arrested on charges of second-degree assault and second-degree wanton endangerment.
