A three-day festival filled with live music, food, activities, and more than 300 vendors was highlighted by an hour-long parade that reflects the history of the festival. The 47th annual Hillbilly Days left a big impact on the city thanks to the local vendors attending the festival, and the many businesses around Pikeville getting support from the hundreds that attended. Along with providing an economic benefit for the city of Pikeville, the Hillbilly Days serves as a fundraiser for the Shrines Hospital in Lexington, Ky.
