Before he got there, Isaac reportedly called dispatch and said everything was OK and that her autistic child accidentally called 911. But when the Trooper got to Isaac’s home, there was no autistic child in the residence. The police report alleges Isaac was lying about the child calling 911, as well as giving the dispatcher a false name when she called back. It also goes on to say state troopers have been called to the home approximately 30 times since January, all of which have been false reports. Dispatch also said that they have about 15 recorded calls from Isaac’s number in just the past month. Isaac was arrested for falsely reporting an incident and harassing communications.

Prestonsburg PD said two Floyd women were arrested recently on charges including endangering the welfare of a minor after they responded to a report of a woman intoxicated at a softball game. According to an arrest citation written by Prestonsburg Police Officer Christopher Allen, on April 24, he went to the softball fields at Stonecrest to a report of a female possibly under the influence. When he got there, Allen wrote he saw Jeanna Burchett, 37, of Rock Fork Road, Garrett, and Bridgette Crum, 39, of Big Fork Road, Langley, sitting in the bleachers “nodding off.”  Allen wrote that he spoke with the women, who both appeared intoxicated. Documents said Burchett admitted to smoking marijuana and said she had “taken a line” of heroin, while Crum admitted she had “taken” heroin earlier the same day.

These same documents said Burchett had brought her 11-year-old child to the game and Crum had brought her three-year-old child, but neither woman was able to control or take care of their child due to being under the influence. Both women were medically cleared at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Cener before being lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center on charges of public intoxication and endangering the welfare of a minor.
