A Morehead man has been arrested following a Child Exploitation Investigation. Joseph Fulton, 26, was arrested around 5:00pm Tuesday, September 2016 in connection to an online investigation into child exploitation. Fulton was charged with 47 counts of Distribution of Matter Portraying Sex performance by a Minor 1st Degree and 20 counts of Possession of Matter Portraying a Sex Performance by a Minor and lodged in the Mason County Detention Center in Maysville, Kentucky. The incident remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police Post 8 Morehead.
