A Richmond man has been arrested for seeking sex with a minor, Attorney General Andy Beshear and his Cyber Crimes Unit announced Tuesday. 24-year-old Ryan Lee Roberts was arrested October 6 and charged with one count of the prohibited use of an electronic communications system to procure a minor for sex, a Class D felony. Roberts posted an online ad seeking sex with a minor and engaged in an online conversation with an undercover police officer. He was arrested at his job and lodged in the Madison County Jail. Attorney General Beshear thanked his cyber investigators, KSP, and the Frankfort Police Department for their diligent work in the case.
