Investigators with Kentucky State Police Post 13 in Hazard are seeking public assistance as they continue the search for a missing Magoffin County man. Family members of Scotty Lee Standifer contacted KSP Post 13 in Hazard on September 11, 2016 to advise that they had not been in contact with him since August 28. Originally from Salyersville, Standifer had been staying in the Happy community of Perry County. He is described 48 years old, white, standing six feet tall and weighing around 250 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. If anyone has information concerning his whereabouts they can contact KSP Post 13 at 606-435-6069.
