A missing Magoffin County Man has been found. A Golden Alert was issued Monday for Harold Allen, 79, after he was last seen in Brown County Ohio and hadn’t returned to his residence in Salyersville. Allen has possible dementia and other medical issues. He was found safe and in good condition in Carroll County, Virginia early Tuesday morning.
