If your kids can’t wait until the 31st for delicious goodies, Highlands Plaza has you covered. This Saturday, October 22nd form 12noon to 3pm, kids will be able to have an early trick or treat around the Highlands Plaza. Come in costume, bring your treat bags and follow the ghoulish trail for devilish treats! Parent s must accompany children and treats will be available while supplies last.
