Early Christmas Morning, Bell County Deputies received an anonymous tip that a residence on Winchester Avenue in Middlesboro may contain Methamphetamine. Alma Weaver, 56, gave consent for Deputies Nick Capps and Chris Barnes to search her home. Arlen Lambert was found inside the home holding a bag of meth. Also found hiding in the home were Brandon McCarty and James Carrol. Lambert was charged with 1st degree possession of controlled substance, while McCarty was charged with a felony indictment warrant, and Carrol was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, criminal trespassing and served two bench warrants. They were lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
