Bell County Sheriff’s Deputies performed a “knock and talk” around 7pm January 15, 2017, after receiving an anonymous tip of suspected drug activity at a resident on Ralph Maze Lane. A woman from a separate residence notified  deputies on scene that there were two people in the home. Deputies knocked on the door of the home and permission was giving by Alan Ramsey, 45, to enter. A backpack found inside was searched with permission and ingredients for meth manufacturing were found. Ramsey also admitted to making meth at the residence. He was arrested and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
