An information session for expectant mothers and new mothers who reside in Johnson County will be held at the Paintsville Recreation Center on Thursday, February 2, 2017, from noon to 2pm. Attendees will get tips on nutrition and wellness, as well as the importance of bonding with your baby and what to avoid during pregnancy. Lunch will be provided and each participant will receive a free gift bag. You must RSVP to be eligible for door prizes and gift bags. Each participant may also bring 1 guest.
