The Floyd County Community Early Childhood Council will be holding a free Dental Hygiene Program at Big Sandy Community and Technical College. The program is for any child age 5 and under and their families. This free dental hygiene program will be held February 16, 2017 from 6pm to 7pm in the Johnson Building, room J113.
