On Friday, January 27, the Kentucky State Police Post 14 in Ashland received a cyber tip involving the possession and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by minors. During the course of the investigation, a search warrant was obtained for a residence on Spankem Cat Fork Road in the Fallsburg community of Lawrence County. Evidence collected at the residence resulted in the arrest of 43-year-old Timothy Scott, who was lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
