The Louisa Police Department is reporting they have had several citizens call concerning a phone call they had received with the caller claiming that they are with the IRS and that the person is telling them they owe money. The caller also states they will send law enforcement to arrest the victim if they don’t pay. Louisa PD reminds citizens that local law enforcement will not arrest anyone for failure to pay taxes without due process.
