On Wednesday, March 1, Bell County Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident on Highway 25E across from CGI Hydraulics. The deputies determined that Angela Bartlett, of Illinois, was traveling north when her vehicle hydroplaned, causing her to lose control, striking a guardrail, overturning, and then striking a Chevy Blazer operated by Kiley Scott of Middlesboro. All parties refused medical treatment.
