On Friday, March 10, Kentucky State Police Post 8 Morehead Trooper Jared Wagner arrested Charles F. Clark, age 49, of Dover, KY, after a six month investigation. Clark was lodged in the Mason County Detention Center on one count of Rape 1^st Degree, one count of Sodomy 1^st Degree, and one count of Sexual Abuse 1^st Degree-victims under twelve years of age.
