A Floyd County woman has been arrested in Laurel County. On Tuesday, April 11 around 6:30pm, 24-year-old Selina Lawrence, of Martin, was arrested by Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputies on KY 1376. Lawrence was charged with shoplifting after allegedly taking merchandise from the Dollar General in Allen. Surveillance video allegedly caught her filling two duffel bags with toiletries, clothing, school supplies, and hygiene products. She was additionally charged with flagrant non-support, owing over $6,000. Lawrence was charged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
