The Ashland Police Department is currently looking for a wanted man. Roman E. Lewis, 30, is wanted for 2nd degree escape, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking, and DUI. Lewis is 5’9” tall, weighs 160 pounds with a slender build, brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a full tattoo sleeve and 15 stars on his arm and an unknown tattoo on his neck.
