The University of Kentucky’s football squad have received a very big transfer with former Ohio State guard Marcelys Jones. Jones committed to UK and will come to Lexington after spending one year in Columbus under NCAA Champion coach Urban Meyer. He will sit out the 2015 season, becoming eligible next season. The offensive line depth is helped tremendously by Jones’ arrival. He’s 6’4 and 315 pounds and was ranked #215 in the 2015 prospect chart, and the 13th best offensive guard. Jones had offers from Alabama, Florida State, Wisconsin, Michigan State, and UCLA before going to Ohio State. This gives Kentucky a four star prospect for the 2016 season.
