A three vehicle crash occurred on I-75 in Laurel County on Monday, May 22, around 4:45pm. Reports indicate a black Nissan Pathfinder was traveling southbound down the exit ramp when the driver, Bobbie Naler, 63, said she saw the red light but didn’t realize traffic was stopping. She struck a green Chevrolet Silverado in the rear, then struck a blue Hyundai Elantra. Naler, her passenger, and Anngeleda Cornett, the Silverado driver, were uninjured. Johnny Smith, 65, the driver of the Hyundai, was transported to Baptist Healthcare Center in Corbin for treatment of injuries.
