Kelli Ayers and Joe Campbell were installed as a member of the board of directors for the Floyd County Chamber of Commerce at its annual awards banquet on Tuesday, May 23 at the Wilkinson-Stumbo Convention Center at Jenny Wiley State Resort Park.

Ayers is a senior administrative assistant in the Office of Advancement at Big Sandy Community and Technical College.

Campbell oversees programming and public relations at the Mountain Arts Center.

Steve Russo, director the East Kentucky Science Center, graduated from the Leadership Floyd County program. Interim BSCTC president Dr. Alan Scheibmeir said they are fortunate to have employees engaged in the community and understand the value of community service.
