On Wednesday, May 31, three individuals were arrested in Laurel County. The arrests occurred while the Sheriff’s office was conducting an investigating off Court Road, near London. Detectives found two wanted individuals, one an out of state fugitive, while drugs are drug paraphernalia were also found. Shane Botkins, 41, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, as well as evading police and resisting arrest. During the investigation, he was found hiding in a closet and refused to come out. Tiffany Botkins, 35, was also arrested on possession charged, with Sean Martin, 46, was arrested for charges in Indiana. All three were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
