Pavement rehabilitation on US 23 in Pike County will continue this week, moving to a section between the north end of the Sookey’s Creek bridge and the south end of the Ford’s Branch bridge. This work will continue in the northbound lanes. Vince Hayes, District 12 EIT, said that only one lane at a time will be worked. Signs and message board will direct traffic into the open northbound lane. Depending on weather, Hayes said the work on this section should be finished in four or five days.
