A single vehicle traffic crash occurred on KY 638 in Laurel County around 6:17pm Monday, June 5. Deputy Josh Morgan reported a driver having a medical event lost control of her vehicle, ran off the roadway on the right shoulder and traveled over an embankment into a ditch, trapping the driver inside. The driver, Willie Collins, 57 of London, was extracted from the vehicle and transported to St. Joseph Hospital London for treatment of injuries.
