On Wednesday, October 11, a Frankfort man was sentenced to 23 years in federal prison for producing sexually explicit images of a minor and then sending them to another man. Matthew Craig Fosson, 41, admitted in a guilty plea earlier this year to producing the images of a minor female who was in his custody and care in August 2016. He sent the images to a Pennsylvania man, who then sent images to Fosson in return. Following his sentence, Fosson will be under the supervision of the United States Probation Office for life.
