Students at some local community colleges will spend the morning remembering a dark time in U-S history. The campuses of the Big Sandy Community and Technical College System will be holding their annual Patriots Day Remembrance today to honor those who died in the September 11th attacks in 2001. The Mayo Ceremony will be held at 10 am; Prestonsburg’s will be at 11 am, and Pikeville will hold theirs at noon.
