Woman Arrested for DUI, Child Endangerment in Knox County

On Thursday, June 14, 2018, around 2:55am, Knox County Deputy Mikey Ashurst received a report of a female that had driven off from her residence on Brisco Drive in Gray leaving her 8-year-old child in the yard. The neighbors reportedly also found a 3-year-old child that had been left alone inside the residence. While at the residence, Deputy Ashurst heard a loud noise outside. When he came out he observed a female subject, identified as 36-year-old Natasha Henderson, doing a burnout in a vehicle with a tire missing from one of the vehicle’s wheels. Henderson was arrested and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, and disorderly conduct. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center. The two children were removed from the residence by Social Services.
