The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon at the Harlan County Wal-Mart. Police say that an 81 year old woman was pushing a cart through the parking lot when the cart was hit by a pick-up truck, driving the elderly lady to the ground. Officials say the woman was treated for a head injury, but will be okay. Police believe that the culprit was driving a silver Dodge Dakota extended cab pick-up.
