A Floyd County woman files suit, after being locked in a store. Sophia Bentley went into the Prestonsburg Dollar Tree to get some items before closing. Unfortunately, employees lost track of her, then turned out the lights and locked the store up for the night with Bentley still inside. The woman spent an hour in the store before calling the police, who were able to assist her. She is currently filing suit against the store, for wrongful imprisonment.
