According to officials Marlinda Hall filed a report saying that an incident with an ATV led to her two month old baby’s injuries. When police followed up, Hall broke and admitted to using a pair of tweezers to scratch the baby. She is now facing charges of 2nd degree criminal abuse, falsely reporting an incident and endangering the welfare of a minor. Officials have not reported a motivation behind injuring the child.
