Rosemary Biliter McCoy, age 68 passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2018. The funeral will be Sunday Dec. 2, 2018 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Blackburn Cemetery at Johns Creek.
