Earl Howington age 95 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his wife Marie Caudill Howington. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
