The University of Pikeville, in conjunction with the Kentucky Innovation Network is holding its fourth Coleman College of Business startup challenge. Anyone wishing to participate must construct a 5 page business plan. According to David Snow, who is the director of the network, the requirements of the plan are listed on their website, and they will take all applications submitted before November 27th.
