Former Pike County Commonwealth’s Attorney Rick Bartley will be the featured speaker for the University of Pikeville College of Arts and Sciences’ Judicial Speakers Series. The event, sponsored by the Kentucky Bar Association, will be held Monday, April 22, 2019 at 7pm in the Health Professions Education Building, seventh floor. Campus and community are cordially invited to attend the event.
