Four Arrested Following Drug Complaint in Floyd County

An anonymous tip led to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office arresting four on drug charges. Deputies responded to the Alpike trailer court in Harold after receiving a complaint of a suspicious chemical smell coming from one of the trailers. When deputies arrived, they spoke with the home owner who gave permission to search the residence, which resulted in the discovery of drugs, as well as additional individuals hiding inside, including a wanted fugitive out of Ohio and Michigan. Arrested were 30-year-old Elizabeth Skeens, of Ivel, 35-year-old Steve Castle, of Martin, Ricky Wright, 31, of Prestonsburg, and Frank London, 31, of Michigan. They were lodged in the Floyd County Jail.
