An arrest was made on Thursday, May 16, 2019, following a domestic complaint in Eastern. Martin City Police Chief Kenny Stidham responded to the Zip Zone Gas Station in Eastern after receiving the domestic complaint. The arrest was made around 4:40pm after it was learned the subject, 53-year-old Rhea Lynn Music , of David, had an active Floyd County District Court Bench Warrant charging harassment. Music was lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
