Former student of the University of Kentucky- Haily Duvall, is accused of making threats toward the university and is ready to plead guilty.

Duvall was indicted last year on federal charges.

Police say she used Snapchat to make threats toward other students.

According to court documents, Duvall intends to change her plea during her next hearing.

Her hearing is scheduled to be on June 24.
