The deadline to file for the primary election is quickly approaching, and the city of Ashland is still looking for candidates to run for mayor and city commissioner. As it stands the mayor’s race will be omitted from the ballot unless there are more than 2 candidates, and the commissioner’s race will be left off unless there are more than 8 candidates. Candidates have until January 26^th at 4 pm to get their names on the ballot.
